 These Terms and Conditions Agreement govern the cleaning services provided by CleanLabCo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to you, the customer (“you” or “your”). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer a variety of cleaning services, including residential, commercial, daycare, post-build, and more. A detailed list of services and pricing will be provided before booking. The services are performed based on your specific needs as discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing for our services is quoted based on the scope of work and the size of the space to be cleaned.

• All quotes provided are subject to change if the scope of work changes.

• Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept payment through bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.

• Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

5. Access to Property

• You must provide us with access to the areas to be cleaned.

• If we are unable to access the premises at the agreed time due to any reason, we may reschedule the cleaning for an additional fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You must ensure that the cleaning area is clear of any valuable items or hazards before our team arrives.

• We are not responsible for damage to items that were left in the cleaning area or if the area was not accessible.

7. Cleaning Products & Equipment

• CleanLabCo uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products wherever possible. If specific products or cleaning preferences are required, please notify us ahead of time.

• If a customer requests a particular product that we do not provide, the customer must supply it.

8. COVID-19 Guidelines

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, CleanLabCo follows strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff:

• Our team members will wear masks and gloves during all cleaning appointments.

• We will sanitize high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, etc.) before and after cleaning.

• We request that any customers with symptoms or who have been exposed to COVID-19 reschedule their appointment for the safety of all involved.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a client or property poses a health risk.

9. Liability

• CleanLabCo will take reasonable care in performing the cleaning services. However, we are not responsible for any damage to property due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose tiles, faulty plumbing).

• We are not liable for any loss or damage to items left unsecured or unattended during the cleaning process.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

• We strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the work, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will resolve the issue at no additional charge.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

• We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided to CleanLabCo will be used solely for the purpose of performing the cleaning services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• CleanLabCo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes to these terms, and continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
